The core of machine electrical systems
Kinell offers a wide series of HV-PDUs designed for use in off-road vehicles & harsh conditions and supports customers from initial design & requirement phase to SOP.
To realize short lead times Kinell can access many reference designs & components. With integration into standard housing, prototypes can be available quickly.
To accommodate for limited installation space Kinell offers variable housing designs either as solid milled housings for prototypes or die-cast housings for series production.
To complete hv system of vehicle active functions such as sensors (isolation monitor & current / voltage measurement) or actors (hv contactors & pre-charge units) can be integrated into HV-PDUs as necessary.

Design
- Support in the HV system design of the vehicle, including the HV safety concept.
- Design and dimensioning of the housing, the connectors, the internal power distribution and fuse protection, as well as the required active functions.
Prototyping
- Fast sample deliveries based on COTS housings or sheet metal bent housings and internal bus bar design.
- Cable, PDU, and vehicle co-development.
